Does anyone have any tips on how to prepare a Field Roast Celebration Roast? (like, what to baste it with or what to cook it with) I thought I'd try one tonight for my pre-Christmas-decorating dinner, but alas, it does not come with handy serving/cooking suggestions like Tofurky!

I get to bring the greens to Thanksgiving and I have no clue what kind of recipe to use. There will be a few veg*ns at Thanksgiving dinner, but it's mostly people who put bacon on birthday cakes. I'm hoping for something a little more flashy than plain sauteed kale but still recognizable as food to the bacon-cake people.

I hate to do this, but I need to ask for recipes. I have always used Vegetarian Celebrations by Nava Atlas for my Thanksgiving recipes, and I have always checked it out from the library.
